CANADA INTRODUCES NEW SENIOR ANALYST FOR
GOVERNMENT RESEARCH PRACTICE

2006 – IDC Canada
is pleased to announce Alison Brooks has joined
IDC as Senior Analyst, Canadian Government
and will be responsible for the Canadian IT
Opportunity: Government program.
In this role Ms. Brooks, PH.D, PMP, will help
IDC customers understand the opportunities,
investment priorities and purchasing criteria
of this unique market.

and experience working in Canadian government
bolsters IDC's ability to provide guidance
to technology vendors targeting governments," says

Prior to joining IDC Canada, Ms. Brooks worked
with the province of Ontario's Ministry of
Government Services, advancing two of the government's
I&IT initiatives. Ms. Brooks was also instrumental
in expediting the delivery of the Ontario Ministry
of Consumer and Business Services' Electronic
Service Delivery for Individuals.
